椰子火雞髀湯

好耐無飲過椰子雞湯

去超市搵咗好多次都買唔到 !


終於上星期日買到喇 !


雖然煲呢個湯要處理個椰子

( 鎚仔都要出埋 ! )

不過,

細囡豬都話好想飲,

咁就買多隻火雞髀一齊嚟煲啦 !



火雞髀去皮起肉,( 事關火雞髀太大隻 ! )

排骨一齊汆水備用 ; 

十幾粒去核紅棗備用,


全部材料凍水煲至大滾,

轉細火煲兩個鐘頭就有湯飲喇 !



薄切嘅椰子就易 D 出味 !



火雞髀肉點豉油嚟食都唔錯㗎 !

  1. I haven't tried to prepare soup with turkey drumsticks before. I believe they are less oily than chicken drumsticks!
